I am absolutely disgusted with the service (if you can even call it that) Cybersmart has provided. I pay R2000 for an uncapped 10 mg business line only to have my Internet go down every couple days, have my details listed as a capped account barely running at 4MG (while still being charged for my business 10MG account), I have now been accused of abusing my line and have Cybersmart drop it down and make it basically unusable, I AM PAYING R2000 ON A BUSINESS LINE I have never experienced this with another provider!!! When I phoned customer service all I get is attitude and no help. I gave my notice of cancellation at the end of June and requested they move the line back to Telkom which they have still not done after 2 MONTHS so I am unable to join another service provider. I would never recommend Cybersmart to anyone it may be 'cheap' but it's not worth the trouble you go through to get what you are paying for. I cannot wait to be rid if them and have a competent service provider. I seriously hope anyone looking for a new service provider stays clear of Cybersmart!!!
