I am so disgusted at 8ta customer service.
Your consultants are of no help to any customer.
I spoke to a numerous ppl at the call centre that could not give me a detail explanation of all the invoices that has been sent to me. I wana cancel my contract. The 1 lady said I would need to pay r800 and now I have to pay r1900. This is absolutely ridiculous and I refuse to pay the r1900 as ur consultants had told me it would be r800. I will take this matter further if things are not dealt with accordingly. I also refuse to pay fr the month of march as I canceled the contract on the 26th feb and suspended it. You people should take pride in your work and not people that are battling. As I said if this case is not dealt with immediatly, I will take further action. I have spoken to a manager tshepo makgata via email. He hasn't gotten back to me and its been almost 2 days. I hope people are aware of the bad service 8ta is giving. Totally disgusted
