Vodacom not interested to send copy of my contract

I experienced a lack of interest when complaining about my account being suspended due to me reaching my credit limit, a credit limit I was not aware off and a limit that they were happy to be over run by R 500. This limit was reached due to excessive data charges. When I phoned to complain I asked for a copy of my contract as I did not recall signing for the terms they now say are in my contract. However I did say I am willing to accept the credit limit and data charges if they can kindly send me a copy of my contract to verify the terms and conditions. Now a month later and numerous phone calls I still have not had as much as a call back from vodacom. The supervisors are not willing to give me their surnames as they say it is a security risk for them giving out such information, how do I follow up again if they refuse to give me their detail, I doubt I even spoke to a supervisor because each one is un help full as the next. I have never heard such nonsense, I am in a position where service is critical and each and every customer has access to my cell nr and email and are urged to phone me when any of my people give them bad service, why must I accept getting bad service.
