Cancellation of Contract - IMPOSSIBLE

I phoned Cell C`s accounts to inform them that I want to cancel my contract with them effectively the end of March 2013. I was advised that i would have to sent and email to [Email Removed] which I did. After this i phoned again to confirm that this will be done. I was told that everything is in order. Now about 4 months later I am still struggling to get this contract cancelled and they refuse to give me a refund back dated. They just tell me to email the letter of cancellation to [Email Removed] I am utterly disgusted with the companies bad attitude towards customers, and even more towards people trying to cancel a contract that has EXPIRED!!!
I had a horrible start with this company and it seems to be an even worse end!
No matter how good the deal! I will never take anything from Cell C again!
