I started a contract with Telkom mobile thinking it will be a change from the usual us consumers have to deal with with the likes of the other big providers. Since the 1st day i signed up, no one is able to call me, I cannot send or receive sms's. It has now been half a month and they're 'working on it'. I have spoken to numerous managers and people and everyone has a different story and most of them blame my last mobile provider for not porting my number right. Honestly I don't know how this works, but I DON'T CARE. The fact of the matter is if i'm paying ridiculous rates to own a piece of technology then it better do what I PAY AND SIGNED MY CONTRACT FOR IT TO DO! This is getting serious now as I am a manager and if my store has a problem no one can get a hold of me! I don't care who's fault it is, but Telkom mobile need to sort it out since I have a contract with them. 15 days to get a phone to do its most basic functions is unacceptable. When I first told them about the issue they told me 3 working days and it will be fixed! VERY VERY VERY serious action will be taken if Telkom Mobile does not fix this now, I mean NOW. This is completely unacceptable!!!
