I STILL DON'T GET ANY REPORTS THAT MY CARD IS BEING USED BY FNB, I have checked with FNB that they have all the correct information, they do since my cell no hasn't changed.
I have been given CASE numbers (4121713) by the person that works at the 8ta shop in Table View, who said that the case would now be solved, yesterday after receiving a message from 8ta that the case was closed since I didn't answer my phone when they tried to contact me. But since the problem still hasn't been solved I was given another CASE no 4142024.
After speaking to WANDILE last week who understood what the problem was, and I mistakenly thought the it would be sorted out, I then left a message with Zandile.
Yesterday I was told that Alexander would contact me when he came out of his meeting, which still hasn't happened since I still haven't received a call.
When I phoned today and was explaining to a call centre person what I was going to do, being putting the case on HELLOPETER and FACEBOOK the lady I was speaking to Nakwanta put the phone down on me!
