I reported a case in September 2013, the company has never made any attempts to contact me let alone feedback, there hasn't been any correspondence from Telkom mobile, I have made countless attempts to get them to feedback, report or at least acknowledge that someone is working on the case, every time I called their call centre I got a response that someone will call me back, four months later that still hasn't happened and in the meantime I still get statements that the account is in arrears.
