You ran a MOVING HOME offer. Free transfer and free telephone if applied for online. In November I applied online for the transfer of our prepaid line, to our new address - in the same exchange area. I had scheduled it for December 2012 but it was cancelled.

In January 2013 I called Telkom, and spoke to Thobisa in the call centre who advised that to transfer a pre paid line will cost R300.00. If I converted to a normal line the transfer will be free. AND she would give me a 25% discount on Closer Plan 2 (free weekends and evening landline calls) I went with this option. So the usual cost of /-R185, would now be /- R138. I agreed. (Order Ref: 71165506)

After many UNKEPT appointments BY Telkom engineers, our line was installed on 28 February 2013.

Today I called Telkom to only to find out my bill is already R259.62, and I am being charged from 22 Jan 2013. This is incorrect!

Please amend dates and send out new bill, and ensure I get the discount of 25%, and I want our free phone

Also I tried to register online for Telkom self service - - now it says that the ID number we input does not match the account!!!

Please fix this too.
