Upgrade not being reversed

My father received a call from the rewards department to give him a better deal on his contract and offer him what they stated in the call was the newest Blackberry's. After discussing this with me I realised this was not the case and immediately phoned the upgrades department to canceel the upgrade. I spoke to Vincent (ref no: 27907967) who said that when the phone comes, we must please not sign for it and send it back. When the driver came the phone was not accepted and sent back.

I then phoned the Rewards department on the 26th of February and spoke to Ntokozo (Ref no: 22876) who said a request has been sent through to reverse the upgrade. I was informed it would be done in 48 to 72hrs. On the 1st of March I phoned again, and was told it takes 4 working days, and that the 1st of March was only the 3rd day. Today, the 5th of March I phoned again at 9h00 AM and was told that it has still not been processed! The person said it would be done before the end of business today, and when I phoned back at 15h00 PM still nothing had been done.

This is absolutely unacceptable.
