My questions, queries and facts have all been ignored. Negotiations with this company who have one response to all queries and questions and facts is simply impossible (all they say is pay up, no possible way to get through to them). This company has illegaly, unlawfully and unethically taken me to ITC without actually negotiating or speaking with me. They wont even release the 3 phone calls i am legaly allowed to have.
Be extremely careful wit this company, they will just ignore you like they have ignored me the last 3 months
Once again, i am not going to be contacted about my contract that i had told them to cancel 4 times prior to the cancelation date. 4 TIMES!!! once over email, then 3 times over the phone. Just because i didnt go through to the cancelations department? Are you aware that YOUR contract states that i just need to let you know of my intent to cancel? Are you going to tell me cancelling a contract is a service and not a right?
