Illegal Legal Department, CPA means nothing

I was meant to have a meeting yesterday with ADR and vodacoN to try and resolve the illegal actions done my this big red giant. They have canceled the meeting, which means i have to suffer for longer with a broken car, that i can not sell and buy a new one because this red giant took me to ITC unlawfully and illegaly and is a breach of contract that i signed with them. Yes, thats right i have a copy of my contract and no where in my contract does it state i have to contact the cancelations department. Only my intent to terminate the contract to VSP, which is what i did (they even have released a text document to me where i stated i wanted to cancel but refused to speak to the relevant department - its funny cos there is alot more in that call they didnt talk about), its not my fault the call center agent refused to put me through to the department, but yet in vodacoN's eyes it is. Why am i not allowed to have the 3 phone calls i am legally allowed to have? BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE IN THE WRONG!! yet will still bully me into a forceful resolution? no go away, clear my name and pay me what you owe me.
