DISGUSTING SERVICE, AND WONT CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I am sick and tired of this appauling service i recieve from Vodacom. I am a corporate client and have been battling to cancel my contract since October and yet every month they debit my account this is unacceptable. I have a a problem with cancelling a contract before and it took over 6 mon ths for Vodacom to accept responsibility and refund me. I wonder how many phone calls e mails it will take this time. My contract expired in October and relevant documentation was sent in July, the fact that now in January i have been loaded for cancellation does not satisfy me at all Number 1 what about the last 4 months you have billed me incorectly and Number 2 my last contract was also loaded for cancelation and finally 5 months later it happened. SICK AND TIRED. Something needs to be done about big companies with a lack of service delivery ie: dropped calls no coverage and the various nework related problems and then a call centre that has rude arrogant and a i dont care attitude. Vodacom do me a favour and pull my records to see how many times my number listed below has called your called your cancellation department as well as your 0821940 number and you tell me who is wrong 100 calls
