Illegal legal department, cpa means nothing

This illegal red giant should not be allowed to practive within south africa. I have been ignored. my facts have been ignored and me as a person with right have been ignored. yes, my rights have completly ignored. When i say, oh what about a, they say PAY UP. when i say, what about b, they say PAY UP. when i try have a meeting with them, they cancel. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED COMPANY EVER!!
Vodacom, you are breaching the terms and conditions of your own contract, Vodacom you are breaching the LAW. Vodacom will not respond, will not action or do anything with regards to there legal department. their legal department has one resolution for everything, which is PAY UP
Why will you not release me the calls i asked for?
WHY IS MY CANCELATION EMAIL BEING IGNORED???
