3 issues here:
1) On the 18th of December 2012 I requested the three recorded phone calls made TO my old cellphone number be sent to me, I have had read receipts from all the leagal departments without a single response from any of them.
2) On the 27th November 2012 i spoke to Cathy from Burnard Raaff about the CPA section 14b it states: "Despite any provision of the consumer agreement to the contrary the consumer may cancel that agreement at any other time, by giving the supplier 20 business days notice in writing or other recorded manner or form" to which she made a request to vodacom, who have not responded (again).
Just for everyone else reading this, CPA section 14b means you can cancel your contract over the phone, WITHOUT CANCELATION FORMS!!
3) Vodacom are refusing to release to me the information that i am legally ALLOWED to have
