Illegally Double Charging!

I have provided this company, NUMEROUS TIMES, with the necessary proof to show that I have been DOUBLE-CHARGED BY THEM! I have supplied statements, laid complaints, emailed them, etc so many times that I stopped counting around 30. They SIMPLY REFUSE to even look at the provided documents as it seems far easier for them to ignore the facts. Blatant facts in black & white on official documents supplied by the company I supposedly owe money to. I am now forced to believe that they are aware of the mistake and are trying to collect on an ILLEGAL "debt". This constitutes FINANCIAL and to top it all off, they are harassing me with threats of listing me with the credit bureau. I doubt their company would benefit from the publicity that comes with a listing of an illegal action. I also have an email from them that dates 20/10/13 at 17:27 - which was a Sunday. It is ILLEGAL to perform debt collection duties on Sunday. If this ENTIRE matter is not IMMEDIATELY DISMISSED (with a letter emailed AND posted to me stating that the matter is CLOSED), I will report them to the Law Council and take legal action using senior council which will include suing for compensation and all legal costs.
