Good day,
I have compaint about poor internet reception on my 8ta internet contract. I have been to a store and log a complaint, I have contacted 8ta on facebook and via e-mail. It is almost 2 weeks since I first complained and to date I have not received feedback regarding this issue.
Please assist me with this matter.
