I've sent an email on 20 Ausgust 2013 to the customer service department [Email Removed] regarding an issue that I am experiencing when trying to log onto the Internet. In the email I've attached a screenshot of the error thinking it would make it easier to resolve.

By 23 August, I have received no response and therefore sent a follow up email to ask for feedback.

It is now 28 August and I still have received NO feedback from the Customer Service Department and therefore I've been without the use of the Internet and accessing my mails for 8 days.

I think its really pathetic that not 1 person got back to me on my query and therefore making me feel like a non valued customer.
I am really dissappointed in this service and it makes me feel like I do not want to continue this service even though I've received very little problems with my internet connection.

I am now demanding that someone contacts me and escalates this to someone who can assist me with this issue TODAY!

I have referred alot of people to utilise the Red Bull Mobile Internet dongle as it works great. But if this is the customer service that I am getting, I not ever refer anybody again.
