13 weeks of NO Feedback - TERRIBLY POOR Service!

It has been 13 weeks since my last complaint. There are no words to express how TERRIBLY POOR the service i have received from 8ta Telkom Mobile has been. Following my last complaint on Hello Peter, i am still awaiting feedback from 8ta regarding resolving my issue. I bought an iphone 5 on contract from 8ta on the 23 March 2013. After struggling with technical difficluties i decided to return the phone (4 days after purchase). 8ta refused to cancel the contract and take the phone back (despite it being within my Consumer Protection Rights) and subsequently incorrectly debited my account. After i complained continuously for 6 weeks, 8ta reimbursed me for incorrectly debiting my account HOWEVER, 8ta have still not advised on how we can resolve the rest of the issue. I would either like to return the phone and cancel the contract OR purchase the phone for cash and cancel the contract. I want nothing to do with 8ta after this experience. Please can 8ta provide feedback ASAP. This is absolutely ridiculous!
