Still slow internet and no feedback

This is my second try to get better service from 8ta, my 1st issue was logged on Hellopeter in October 2012, and the is still no progress, is still cannot use 8ta to play any games, I can browse at extremely low speeds, according to 8ta social team says "The issue is a problem with the tower which has been affected by an interference source" and that was the last proper feedback I got on the 13th Of December 2012, it is now almost end of February 2013 and NO feed feedback, it did mail 8ta twice now with no avail in any sort of feedback.
Can I in any way get service or something? I'm paying for a service which is not ever working properly.
I can surly say I'm not very happy, and this is the worst service I have ever had from ANY internet provider.
