Telkom Charging for a non-existent service

My Telkom Account seems to have been going up and up and on further investigation I found that I am being charged for a service that Telkom has long since included in the monthly Voice Contract. I called in on the 5th February to cancel the service called Multi-Call Plus. My latest invoice has just arrived - only to find that the service has not been reversed. Even worse Telkom has happily been taking money from me for ages for a service which no longer exists. One would imagine that they would have had the ethics to let me know that the service now exists as part of my monthly contract and that they would be removing the line item from my invoice.
However ethics plays no part. If I did not become wise to this - they would have continued charging. I have just called in again to speak to Telkom to have a really 'full of it' call agent telling me that the invoice prints 5-7 days after I made the request and that I was somehow being unreasonable to expect them to fix this now. Goodness knows if there was an alternative in my area i would surely use it. Sadly Neotel is not in evidence at all...
