Very poor service and absolutely no feedback

After logging complaint after complaint at Cell C on their support call line, their support e-mail, their social network accounts as well as going into actual stores, I still have not received a single piece of feedback with regards to my issue I've been experiencing for a good couple of months already.
I'm constantly met by a "don't care" attitude or someone telling me they'll phone me back shortly, which never happens. This really has become a major issue as I chose Cell C as my preferred network, but had to open an account at another service provider, due to the fact that I never have any internet connectivity, poor cell reception, to name but a few...
Major thumbs down to Cell C support on this...
