Recently upgraded my contract with telkom mobile, 3 weeks in contract they phone stopped working. Handed over cellphone on the 12 sep 2013 at rosebank branch. I have been liasing with telkom mobile on facebook with regard to feedback on the repair progress. The only time i get response/sms is when i ask for progress. its been 3 weeks now and the last response i got from you was that the phone was awaiting spares. How long should i wait? the number you also provide for feedback 081 180 your agentsknow nothing with regard to phones booked for repairs.
I cannot be running around you begging for feedback.. Are you going to fix my phone or give me a New phone or should i cancell my contract
