Firstly to date I have not received any feedback regarding my last mail sent on the 19th of February 2013.

Secondly and most importantly, I have YET again been incorrectly debited, What is the way forward here? What do I need to do? Should I physically go to a Telkom branch and attempt to assist a consultant in cancelling my line, I am certain if given the chance I will be able to resolve this within a matter of minutes. Is this something that's new to Telkom were customers cancel adsl and internet packages? Is seems this way for me as it is now gone eight months without it being resolved and who knows when and if it will ever be resolved.

Would it be any motivation if I were to say to you, "forget my refund" and just cancel my adsl line? As much as I need the money that I have been incorrectly billed for, I have no faith in Telkom ever resolving this issue.

Alternatively would it be easier for me to just cancel my entire Telkom account? I am at a stage where I am willing to do anything to get this resolved.
