I have the Telkom unlimited anytime plan which is R375.85 which the line rental is R130.15 which included in that amount R201 is the plan inc block call plus.
my line has been suspended for 3 months and telkom is still charging me the additional R201 for the services that i am not using due to my line being suspendid, i want to pay the account but i refuse to pay for services i did not use, i will only pay for the rental and the interest, i called the call centre and they keep on saying that i have to pay that amount and i keep on telling them that no one should pay for something they did not use but they always tell me that telkom says we are liable to pay that even if we did not get the service as they are not other companies after i told her that any company may it be a cell phone contract, if u are in arrears and pay the account you will still get ur free minutes and with telkom i just get nothing.
i need someone who knows what they are doing in telkom to call me and not the trainee's that does not know why they do what they do in telkom.
