Ethink before entering a contract with telkom

On friday the 4th i looked at their direct store and found a lenova A300 notebook i clicked on it to purchase and was requested for my contact details and hour later anita phones said she was from telkom direct regarding notebook, i processed my contract in good faith was told my account would be debited tablet will be delivered in 4 days. 11th debit went off cant find anita called the call centre number they dont know her and no contract in my name exists now i am worried so frm pillar to post i go with their marketers sell direct telkom mix and ata no help managers would not return call. Referred to nudebt who took money they confirm it is for telkom gave me a reference no and said they would get their telkom liason to call me still waiting. Worst experience of my life spent like 100 on calls time away frm work frustrated till i literally cried. I made a pathetic choice and a fatal mistake would never do business with them again they are liars have no ethics or regard for customer care.
