NB: All businesses check invoice for sneaky YP fee

It's taken us a while to spot it, but your Business Telkom bill might have a R121 a month charge for YP (Yellow Pages). It's under a section called "Contracts" and has YP 2012 plus the area. It also says it's for 12 payments... at R121 a month.

We presumed it's for a premium listing which YP called about last year.
We had specifically said NO to the service, as people would not search for our service on YellowPages.
We're not even listed online with [URL Removed]

So I called Telkom business, and they say I have to take it up with YellowPages.
I refused, as my contract and invoice is with Telkom, and they cannot invoice me for a service we declined plus have no contract to say otherwise.

Over a year, the service would cost R1655.28 with VAT included.
If you're reading this, please tell all business administrators to check their invoices.
This is a rip off of note, and since our company isn't even in YP, it's.
