After the "National decision " they took to reverse my Dec debit order without even checking with me if that was necessary, they let me continue in arrears in my account and I had no idea I was in arreas, so I decided to cancel my telkom line but they have made it almost impossible to do so.. your cant do it easily it has to be an absolute deliberate mission in the hope that you will lose steam and let this stupid subscription continue a little while longer!

I have been into their telkom shops- can't help, called the call centre - no direct option to cancel.
Wait on the line for 10 min before actually being able to speak to someone with the sole purpose to cancel my line and the person tries to sell me a different product, then I explained my problem is not with the package or the money it is the Business ethics (or lack thereof) of Telkom that has brought me to this decision. So please just cancel my line and then guess what??? the agent cuts the call on me!!! I will put a stop on that debit order after June as I consider this call, to their call centre, as 30 days notice to cancel my account with Telkom otherwise the agent would have called me back to conclude, right?
