I have had a billing query where I do not receive a bill or itemised billing and I am charged monthly.

Furthermore when I upgraded to Nokia 9300i some years back I was charged BIS??

I had sadly left the query but resurrected it in January.

Received a notice that they had the query plus a follow up mail from Susan Monaise but sadly no response even though I have followed up multiple times.

My monthly bills are rarely less than R1000 per month and I have been a client for close to 15 years.

Seems like Vodacom has an attitude that if you ignore something it will go away?

When you call the call centre for the CEO's office you hold forever.

Seriously not holding my breath but will be looking at other service providors.

I upgraded another line (yesterday) that I have had with Autopage (MTN) since 1995 and the experience was fantastic!
