I sent an official complaint on Hellopeter.com, with still no reply from this website at all. Just a " we are looking into the matter" which was about 4 weeks after I had submitted this..which was about 4 months ago.

Susan Monaise, The executive Client Liason Officer from Vodacom, then contacted me, after I had gone through tot he CPA to try and get this issue resolved.

After a lot of back and forth, I then received a sms on the 4th of March advising me that I will be getting a refund of R2959.27 excl VAT, which I am still waiting for.

I have sent numerous enquiries about when this refund will be paid back, and still silence.

After everything, I then took out another Data bundle to keep my data costs down on my contract..and when I checked my statement now... I see that the Bundle, again has been charged, and there are still Data costs on my contract, which shouldn't be, as that is why I took out the Data Bundle. So there is another R800, just for this month, that I will also be disputing.

This is now VERY urgent and waiting for your soonest response
