No Care from Customer Care

Hi. At the moment I am very disappointed, frustrated, inconvenienced and harmed as a result of Vodacom's service, or rather, lack of service. My cellphone account was recently transferred from my company to my personal name (i.e., a take-over), but only half the job was done since some of the details still pointed to the company, my name and email was misspelled and I am told I'm not the "master" of my account on my online profile. I went to Customer Care last week Sunday to have this sorted and was advised that it must be escalated to IT department. I received and SMS with ref: SHC22-20ERP. The sms also said I would be contacted within 24 hours. As can be expected from typical SA service, this promise never happened, I have not been contacted and nothing has been done! Furthermore I requested my MyMeg 1.5 Gig data bundle to be converted to a recurring 500 BM bundle, but instead my bundle has been completely cancelled! I also lost my carry over MB as a result of this. Why must one always fight for service in this country and fight to get things done? I am so tired of it.
