Last night at about 6pm I purchased 100meg data for a friend of mine, received the following sms: Dear customer, you have just sent xxx a Gift MYMEG 100 Bundle. The cost of this bundle (R49) will be deducted from your account.
My friend never received the data! Upon calling I got hold of Nomsa who was rather incompetant! I eventually said to her that I would be putting her on hello peter and she was quite happy about that and said I could.
I was told by Nomsa that I could not purchase data from my vodacom number to be sent to an mtn number???
