Worst service ever!!!
This is the 3rd time that i had to activate my Black Berry Biz for my Q10.
My bbm works for about 3 months then it just cuts-off. When i phone the customer care line they say that this service was never activated??? I have a contract which states that i have unlimited bbm??? So why is my bbm un-activated every now and then??? and then to top it off - i have to wait almost 24 hours for my bbm to be re-activated every time???
And also, i was trying to buy a data bundle - within a couple of hours R 220.00 airtime was gone!!! and still no data bundle. I tried about 7 times to buy a bundle but i kept on getting the message that an error occured???
This is not the first time that this have happened.
I am sick and tired of the lack of service from Vodacom.
