Poor response to incorrect account billing

I contacted Vodacom customer care to report that they had incorrectly cancelled my data bundle package for my contract with them. They confirmed that the previous customer care consultant I had spoken to had made an error in cancelling my existing bundle instead of just activating the promotion they had on. The consultant took down all of my details and explained to me that somebody from their accounts division was going to contact me within 24hrs to resolve the issue. I even received an sms informing me so on the 12/03/13 at 08:24, but to date have not been contacted by anyone???
