PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Today the 1st of March 2013 I went to the MTN in the Centurion mall to get a contract for a new tab, when I went in this morning the system was off and this was totally acceptable because they put it through on their manual paperwork, after about 3 hours I phoned the store 8 times but all I got was their voicemail. I then tried the other number on their internet but also no answer.
I then after work went to MTN to hear what the answer was on the system error that occurred earlier the day. (could have done this over the phone if somebody answered the phone). When I got to the front the lady said that the system was still problematic and that the people in support said they were aware of the problem, I then asked when can I be expect this to be finalized on which the lady said she don't know. I told her but I could have done this over the phone and she said but they do answer the phone IF THERE IS SOMEBODY IN THE BACK OFFICE. I complained and said that I am going to Vodacom and the girl said then go. PLEASE SEND YOUR CLIENTS TO YOUR COMPETITORS THIS IS THE ULTIMATE FOR ME.

This must be sorted out and that the store is making Mtn's name absolutely

This is unacceptable.
