I booked my Nokia Lumia 610 in for warranty check on 16/06/2013 at the Westwood Mall shop.
The form I have clearly states warranty check. What is the problem 5 weeks later no phone or any answer as to when the phone will be back. I was initially told 2 weeks after 2 weeks I enquired about my phone was told 2-4 weeks. I have spoken to every single person in that store. My phone is still not back. and I am convinced the phone is lost. I also spoke to Damian - he told me not to call the store but phone him directly. I have tried but his phone seem to be off. When I managed to get hold of him - answer will find out & call you back. My contract is not even six months yet. You addressed my previous complaint but the matter is still not resolved. I demand my phone back & I am asking an acceptable answer from you.
The initial complaint was the phone was booked in for warranty check and was told it was repaired. phone was sent back again for warranty check and still no phone and no answer as to where the phone is.
Why am I not allowed to call the repair centre or Head office myself.
