I have two phones on contract with Nashua Mobile. I upgraded one contract 082 889 7498 [Subscription R399 per month] on 3/9/2012. Although they invoiced me for delivery charge of R60 it was credited to me the following month because I collected the phone from them myself. The problem I now have is with the upgrade of the second contract 082 889 4855 - I upgraded this contract [Subscription R89 per month] on 16/11/2012 and was told that I would only pay the Subscription Fee of R89 R80 Upgrade fee but on 15/12/2012 I received a bill wherein I was invoiced twice for delivery charge [2 x R60] [even though I collected the phone myself] twice for Subscription [2 X R135] R97 Connection Fee. At to top it all I have not received airtime of R135 per month for 1 December 2012 nor 1 January 2013. I have phoned the Nashua Office in Worcester numerous times since 15 December 2012 and the lady there contacted Customer Services on my behalf on every occasion to rectify my bill by crediting the amounts owed to me or making a refund, but still my bill have not been corrected via credit notes nor has a refund been paid to me.
