Two months back i was robbed i blacklisted my phone but then i managed to get my phone back then i called again to unblacklisted. before they unblacklisted my phone it took then two weeks i had to call everyday they said i should fax my details i faxed everything until they finally. So now whenever i put in my mtn simcard it give me an error "phone not allowed MM6" i called the mtn centre then they said i should go to the nearest mtn stored so the technicians can fix it then i did when i got there they told me to call he centre because there is nothing they can do there side. i just want to know when am i getting my phone to work, i've been very patient with MTN i love MTN but then I'm thinking of changing the network because this is getting out of hand now.
