Very Poor Service Delivery!

Kairos Ministries have an account with @lantic for over a year now. The last 2 months the internet speed became very very slow. Part of our IBurst package includes a Voip phone that uses the internet data to phone. Due to the slow internet speed the quality became very poor and it was useless trying to phone as no one could hear a word you are saying. Finally about two weeks ago the phone stopped working alltogether due to very slow internet speed. Our IT person came in and phoned @lantic to report the problem. The call centre took down the details and said they will have to call back due to the package being with IBurst. He waited for 3 hours and no one call back. He called back a couple of times with the same reply. Kairos is a fully functional church with an admin office. It is imparitve that we have internet for email use as well as the phone. The Voip phone is the only telephonic contact to the church office. We are going into week 3 now with no phone and internet so slow that most emails doesn't go out at all! Due to the fact that we've had no support after we reported the problem we have no choice as to cancel this contract with immediate effect. (New Consumer Protection Act
