I bought a new Sony Xperia last week 9 November. When I got home, the phone was extremely slow. I called the call centre to get the internet settings but the network was so bad, the call lasted 45 minutes and I still couldnt get help becasue the person at the call centre didnt know where I'll have to go to get teh settings. I called the call centre again the following day but still nobody know where I could load the settings. I also called the lady who had sold the phone to me and she couldn't help. Even the Sony call centre couldnt help.By Tuesday I was ready to take the phone back and go to Vodacom as I still had no internet settings, the network was terrible and everything was slow. That's when I met Travis who was very helpfull. He could tell right away that the sales lady had the sim card inserted in the wrong slot. He even helped me get the settings that nobody could upload for me. My phone is working just fine now. I wish every person who works as a Sales person understood the products they were selling as well as Travis did. Thanks :)
