MTN the Cellphone service gaining a bad reputation

Good Day

I Have never ever had this problem with my previous cellphone network my phone got stollen i phoned =in for them to block and blacklist the phone they did as so... my phoned was then found again and i was ready to use it again so i phoned MTN they told me that i had to get an avidavid from the police station i did as such and sent through all needed documentation in order for my phone to be unblacklisted i then spoke to a lady by the name of lesego moropa at the innovation centre she helped me and my phone was unblacklisted after three days then i was told i had to take my sim card and battery out of my phone for 72 hours i left it for more than a week and a day when i put my phone on again it tells mr device not aloud mm#6 so i called in and they said i must go to a mtn store and i did i recived no hel MTN is in my words not worth being a cellphone network because they do not do there jobs and most of them dont know what they are doing or saying MTN has gone down the drain and i am not happy you pay you acount every month but you get bad service its not going on so all they want is there money but they never want to help MTN IS NOT WORTH BEING WHAT THEY ARE
