My father had a phone blacklisted that he has on contract as the phone was missed placed. Getting it blacklisted was 123, not even filling in a form or anything. The phone was located and we have been trying for 2 months to have it unblacklisted, as he was advised that should the phone be found that it can be unblacklisted within 24 hours. Now bearing in mind that he is 70 years old, he complied with all that was needed to have the phone unblacklisted, this was 2 MONTHS AGO, he has had to forward the paper work twice with no results. I have been trying to get this sorted out for him as he simply doesnt know which way to turn anymore, everytime i contact vodacom, needless to say that i can never speak to the same person as before and have to repeat myself over and over again. I am fed up and want service as promised by Vodacom. No where can my previous conversations be traced or are noted, i was also informed today that i was NOT allowed to get a persons surname so that i could ensure to speak to the same person again. How many more times do we have to phone and or send information??? This is a contract phone which gets paid every month.
