Lackberry not fixed

I recently took my black berry for a service as it kept on dying without any reason, i was told it needed to go in for a service and this would take 3weeks for the repairs to be fixed.

So futher to this i was sms yesterday to collect my phone, and this morning went to collect it but however when i came there the phone is still not fixed.

Just for the record, this is the second handset within a space of one year which had to be replaced for he same problem.

Please help i need this to be resolved
