Over billed me and unable to get through to anyone

This morning I get a notification that vodacom debits my accout nearly R2000 over what they are supposed to, first thing I do is call the custom care line and get put through to 3 incorrect departments, I finally get through to the correct department but they are unable to take my call, I go to vodacom store in Northgate and they are unable to get through, if you ask me this is a Consumer Protection Act violation and its unacceptable, but if I go and reverse the transaction then I get charged a penalty fee. This is a pathetic issue to have and its not acceptable, I did not give authorisation for that extra funds to be deducted and will not just accept it. The call centres are beyond pathetic.
