After being over charged on my contract I return to the canal walk store spoke to the same consultant who opened my contract he noticed that I was being billed for three contracts as the cancellations hasn't gone thru he attempted to sort the matter out with the contact center the decision to refund me for the six months over charge was made I was assured that the matter has been resolved and I should have anymore problems a month later 8ta decided to now deducted 4.527 in cancellation fees for contracts that was their fault, I'm now left with no money in my account bank charges and unable to travel to work, my store accounts will go into arrears as the contact center advised that they are unable to help me as their accounts dep is only open mon_fri, Mohammed a manager from the jhb branch advised that no charges will be occured well clearly he was wrong thanx 8tai
