Incorrect billing and Customer care doesn't care

I recently upgraded my 2 vodacom lines via the vodacom website. I was then billed without being informed that the the debit order would run. But thats not the issue. on the 26th sept I called the customer care call center, spoke to B Moholo who then sent me an sms stating they will reverse the R100 RD fee as I was not advised that the payment would run. I then get sms's from vodacom later the next week stating that I still owe them the R100. Today I call the call center and some tells me I never spoke to anyone at vodacom on the 26th Sept. Yet I have an SMS from them advising re the credit and also re a survey I need to do. This consultant was so rude that I am ever sorry I renewed my contract with vodacom and feel I need to return these upgrades as this is not the service I'm paying for. Vodacom is truly pathetic I'm so sorry I stayed with them
