I have called these people SO many times and still have not had my query resolved - holding on the line for 20 minutes or more at a time! When transferred to a different department you hold on for a minimum of 10 minutes. I need to migrate to prepaid & was advised by their agents on the phone and via email that my contract ends on the 13th March 2013 and can submit my application - WHICH I WANT TO HOLD THEM TO. Now all of a sudden I am advised that it expires in April 2013! and I can only migrate at the end of April. You cannot advise customers of 1 thing and then change it to the other. Agents are So incompetent and in the insurance department even rude - I don't even want to talk about their customer care - DO NOT know what they are doing. I was advised by CCare that my insurance cover on my phone is only R1800! does this even make sense? I still do not know why I was advised that my contract ends in April, Do not know how much my insurance covers, how to keep my insurance cover once my contract ends NOR when to submit my migration application. #So disappointed!!! would not refer anyone to this company ever!
