I gave in my phone 30 Oct 2013 for repairs as I am paying insurance each month for 11 months now. When I signed for the insurance on 27 Nov 2012 I asked the consultant to send me a copy of this policy because my lunch hour was over which she never did. I did not hear anything from Nashua mobile until I phoned them 12 Nov 2013 and was kept holding for 38 minutes just to speak to no one. I went down to Nashua mobile Tramshed just to know my phone will be R2000.00 to fix and they will not be paying for this because I did not use the sim of the contract. If I knew that was how it worked I would have never taken the insurance because I knew I am not using that sim in my phone. Paying insurance each month just to end up having to pay in any way to fix your own phone this is unacceptable for me as I do not know what the sim has got to do with my damaged phone. I will never in my life advise anyone to take out a contract there and as from today my loyalty to Nashua mobile is done. They never had to wait for my money but now that I need repairs done on my phone I need to wait and pay for it myself. Then the manager at the insurance has the ignorance to say we can go to Hellopeter anytime.
