I received an sms from Nashua in December2013 to advise my blackberry contract was up for renewal end Feb.2014. I signed for upgrade to Iphone and on 19 Dec.2013 was advised by Nashua that they cant get hold of me via sms? When I contacted Nashua client services to find out what had happened they advised me I had signed for the new phone? but the courier services had misplaced the papers? When the phone actually arrived in mid January I was so frustrated by that stage of all the ongoing calls and emails that I had made and sent to Nashua with nil feedback that I did not sign for the phone and advised Nashua to cancel the contract. After still receiving nil feedback I went to the East Rand Branch and was advised that I cant just cancel my contract and that I would now be paying for the new contract fees with nil new upgrade phone while still on the old contract which only expires end of February 2014. After lots of discussion I was advised that this would be sorted but to date have not received any further updates from Nashua telephonically or in writing and they are still billing me on a new contract rate terms while my current contract has not yet expired. Poor show Nashua.
