Issue with an insurance claim

I took out two contracted phones last year on the same day, June this year i revisited the store to send one of the phones to be repaired. I was advised that the phone i am claiming on does not have insurance only the other one has. I always take out insurance with my phones and always do so with Nashua mobile and dont understand why it would seem okay if i only took out insurance on the one phone. I spoke to the manager on that day Wendel who advised he will follow up with the insurance department and his manager to see how they can assist. Two weeks later in July i call to find out what is happening and am advised by Wendel to that he had spoken to his manager and they have decided that they will submit my claim but i would have to back track the insurance amount. I then made this payment and forwarded the proof of payment. In august after following up with him again he mailed me the insurance claim form which i completed and then sent back to him. he sends a mail stating that insurance has declined the claim. I was inconvenienced &recieved fauls promises from an employee who even made me pay. i want this resolved and my phone fixed asap or I will be taking the matter furthe
