BROKEN PROMISES/NO FEEDBACK

I have a contract with Nashua mobile and last year September I sent a request to migrate my number to prepaid when it expires and I was advised that will be done on the 25th December 2012 and to date it hasn't been done. On the 10th January 2013 I called the call centre to reposrt this and was told there was a problem and the migration didn't go through and that the new instructions have been given to IT DEPT to load the migration effective 01 February 2013. On the 04th Feb i called them again to advise them that the migration is not through and spoke to Pieter who tried to help me by following this up and on the 21 Feb he confirmed that he have loaded the migration and will be effective mighnight 28 Feb 2013 and that they will pass the relevant credit because i have been billed. To date the migration hasn't been done I'm not sure why and I sent him an e-mail on Monday and haven;t received any response. I am so disappointed with the service I'm getting from Nashua Mobile!!!
